All of our food is prepared daily with a rolling menu of customer favourites alongside exciting new dishes. We like to keep things fresh.

You will always find multiple options in overnight oats, lunch, dinner and snacks to choose from.

If you want to know what we have in stock before you make the trip, just drop us a message and we will let you know.

All our meal prep has a maximum shelf life of four days, dated on boxing, and is collection only.

All dishes are carefully created with macro information provided to help you stay on track and meet your personal goals.
